About the Role:
Are you ready to work for a company that’s deeply committed to helping women around the world find clarity, confidence, and peace in the face of marriage challenges? We’re looking for a Community Manager who is passionate about engaging, supporting, and uplifting our community of women navigating the complexities of struggling relationships. This is a role where empathy, relationship-building, and a true “I’m here to help” nature come first.

You’ll be the welcoming, encouraging presence within our paid members’ community. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to connect with people on a profound level, to help them feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Support: You’ll actively participate in the community, reaching out to members who may need a little extra support or have gone quiet. With empathy and a gentle nudge, you’ll help members stay connected and engaged on their journey.
  • Challenge Facilitation: Each month, you’ll lead and facilitate monthly challenges and themes that help members explore new perspectives, set goals, and make progress toward the clarity and confidence they need.
  • Retention & Community Building: You’re not just a moderator; you’re a key player in fostering a vibrant, positive, and growth-oriented space. You’ll take initiative to strengthen community ties, encourage participation, and support all retention efforts.
  • Bridge to Resources: As the link between our members and Sharon’s programs, you’ll ensure that members can access the right resources and tools to make meaningful progress.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Retention & Loyalty Experience: You have a track record of effectively analyzing data and online behavior to understand member needs and trends, and you’re skilled in crafting strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention. You approach retention proactively, blending quantitative insights (like behavior patterns and retention metrics) with qualitative feedback (like member experiences and suggestions) to improve loyalty and engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking & Ownership Mindset: This isn’t just a customer service role. You take ownership of customer retention, set goals, and continuously seek ways to deepen relationships with our members. You’re comfortable making data-driven decisions using our technology and systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance retention strategies effectively.
  • Customer Service or Community Management Experience: Experience in customer support, coaching, or community management is a big plus. You’re skilled at handling conversations with empathy, clarity, and respect.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly and sensitively engage with members and understand their needs.
  • Empathy & Non-Judgment: You approach each member with empathy and understanding, without judgment. You’re open-minded and able to create a supportive space where everyone feels valued.

Details:

  • Hours: Part-time, 10-15 hours weekly with the potential for more as the community grows.
  • Compensation: This is a part-time contractor role; pay is based on an hourly rate..
  • Training: You’ll receive training with Sharon and her team to fully integrate you into our community, resources, and programs.

Community Coach

Position Title: Community Coach – Team Sharon Pope

About the Role:
Are you a compassionate, skilled coach who’s passionate about helping women find clarity, confidence, and peace as they navigate their most intimate relationships? Sharon Pope’s team is looking for a Community Coach who can provide guidance and support to women working through the complexities of their marriages. In this role, you’ll be trained in Sharon’s proprietary frameworks, including The Decision Process, Divorce Differently, and Marriage 2.0, empowering you to make a transformative impact.

This position is more than just coaching—it’s an opportunity to guide women toward self-discovery and relationship clarity, supporting them to either strengthen their marriages or move forward through divorce with confidence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Coaching: Provide personalized, empathetic coaching to members within our paid online community, responding thoughtfully to their questions, challenges, and breakthroughs as they navigate their relationships.
  • Group Facilitation: Lead and facilitate small to medium-sized virtual coaching sessions, creating a supportive, interactive environment for members to share, learn, and grow together.
  • Proprietary Program Coaching: After completing training, utilize Sharon’s Decision Process, Divorce Differently, and Marriage 2.0 methods to guide members effectively and consistently, helping them apply these frameworks to their unique situations.
  • Engagement & Encouragement: You’ll be an active, encouraging presence in the community, checking in on members’ progress, celebrating wins, and offering support as needed.
  • Resource Navigation: Act as a bridge between members and Sharon’s tools, resources, and programs, ensuring that members have access to what they need to move forward.

About You:

  • Experienced Coach: You have coaching experience and feel at ease in virtual environments, with strong skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Empathic Communicator: You’re skilled at active listening, and you respond with empathy and non-judgment, creating a safe, respectful space for members to open up and feel supported.
  • Aligned with Our Mission: Helping women through relational challenges resonates deeply with you, and you’re motivated to empower others to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
  • Positive & Encouraging: You bring an uplifting energy to your work and inspire confidence in others, helping members feel supported, understood, and motivated.
  • Independent & Adaptable: You can manage your time effectively, show-up consistently, work flexibly, and easily adapt to the flow of the community’s needs.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Coaching Experience: Formal experience as a coach is essential, especially in areas related to relationships, life transitions, or personal growth.
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication: You’re proficient in written communication for online community coaching and comfortable with small to medium-sized virtual group facilitation.
  • Open to Training: You’re excited to learn and implement Sharon’s unique coaching frameworks, deepening your ability to support members effectively.

  • Hours: Part-time,30-90 minutes daily with potential for increased hours based on community growth and needs.
  • Compensation: Part-time contractor role; hourly rate or project-based compensation.
